The main objectives of the Code are the observance of competition and fair business practises, the avoidance of bribery, corruption, and fraud, the prohibition of discrimination, fair treatment, the protection of all from any form of violence or harassment, the protection of confidential information, and more. The company aims to ensure that all employees and partners work with integrity and fairness, feel supported and respected, are free from discrimination, and do not face any form of violence or harassment.
Metrolab implements and adheres to the policies and procedures related to the Code of Conduct and the prevention of violence and harassment. The company is committed to ensure a safe working environment by promoting equality, integrity, and respect in every collaboration. These policies are strictly and consistently enforced.
The company does not tolerate any form of violence, harassment, or discrimination based on sex, race, nationality, religion, or any other characteristic. Strict procedures are in place for the immediate reporting and handling of harassment or violence incidents, ensuring that each complaint is taken seriously and treated with full confidentiality.
Metrolab recognizes the importance of prevention and immediate response to such incidents and provides support and guidance to all employees to contribute to fostering a workplace environment free from any form of violence or harassment.
Additionally, educational programs are provided to raise awareness about practices against violence and harassment, as well as to strengthen understanding and implementation of the Code of Conduct
