Anti-Bribery
Combating bribery and corruption is a fundamental value in the operation and corporate responsibility of METROLAB. The company is committed to maintain integrity, transparency, and ethics in all its business practices and transactions.
The company implements and monitors procedures to ensure that all financial and commercial activities are conducted with absolute transparency and in compliance with legal requirements. Any form of bribery or any other improper benefit is strictly rejected and prosecuted with the utmost seriousness.
Any violations may be reported confidentially, either in writing or verbally. If a suspicious bribery or corruption incident is reported, METROLAB ensures that it is investigated with full confidentiality, protecting the individual(s) making the report. The company undertakes an impartial investigation of all incidents and, where necessary, takes appropriate action.
Ongoing training and awareness of these issues is a priority for the company, so that all personnel adhere to these values and their proper implementation is guaranteed.
In 2024, it was decided to integrate into the Management System anti-bribery policies and procedures to compliance with the requirements of the ISO 37001 Standard. The Management System was first audited and certified against the ISO 37001 Standard in February 2025 by the accredited body TÜV Hellas.
